# Privacy policy

## What data, and why

When you fill in the quote form we collect the information you enter (name, email, phone, postcode and country, project description). That data has one purpose: preparing your quote and following up your enquiry.

## Who has access

Your information goes to the publisher of the site and, where relevant, to the partner ironwork shop pricing your project. **It is never sold, rented or transferred for third-party commercial purposes.**

## How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for three years from the last contact — the period needed for commercial follow-up — and then deleted.

## Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have a right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@newp.fr: we reply within 30 days.

## Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only technical cookies strictly necessary to its operation may be set.
